Malazgirt Battlefield Historical National Park
Malazgirt Battlefield National Park is a national park located in Malazgirt district of Muş province.
The national park, which was declared on February 5, 2018 with the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 2018/11366, is located on the area where the Battle of Malazgirt took place. The recreation of the battlefield, which resulted in the victory of the Seljuks over the Byzantine Empire, was made considering this historical value. Accordingly, the national park consists of an entrance gate, conquest road, masjid, ceremony area, square, gathering and catering area, prayer hall, helipad, helipad, ethnosports area, parking lot, Turkish history-themed social life area, Battle of Malazgirt Battlefield reenactment area, monument, visitor information center, museum and miniature, recreation area and administrative building.
