Korugöl Nature Park
Korugöl Nature Park, located within the borders of Düzce Province, Kaynaşlı District, is located within the borders of Kaynaşlı District and covers an area of 30.78 hectares. It was registered as a Recreation Area on 16.01.2004 and as a Nature Park on 11.07.2011. With the approval of the Ministry dated 07.12.2021 and numbered 3489508, its name was changed to "Korugöl Nature Park" and its area was increased to 30.78 hectares.
There is a forest afforestation area around it and coniferous trees have been planted. The natural trees of the region are beech, oak and hornbeam etc. Leafy trees form the substrate.
It takes place from the entrance of Üçköprü village road, located on D-100 highway to Düzce Alana. 15 km from Düzce city center, 6 km from Kaynaşlı district center. In addition, beech, oak and hornbeam etc. were produced as a result of the closure of the northwestern part of a small stream coming from the northeast with a dike. There is a 4.87 ha pond among leafy trees.
