Lighthouse

Batumi Lighthouse, which was rebuilt by French contractors in 1882 instead of an old tower built in the same place in 1863 for the same purposes; For more than 150 years, it has been guiding the ships entering the Black Sea with its light reaching 14 nautical miles.

The lighthouse, where meteorological observations are also made, is one of the places worth seeing in Batumi as it has a progressive engineering art and is located on Batumi Boulevard.
