Karagöl Lake
Black Lake known as Karagöl is located near the town of Çubuk. The lake, which is 74 km away from Ankara and about 40 km away from Çubuk district, is surrounded by pine and mountain poplar forests. Karagöl is a small and deep crater lake between Çubuk and Kızılcahamam. There are tables for picnics around. The lake is mentioned in the legend of Tantalos, is located on the Yamanlar mountain.
