Our company was established in 1983 by the Chairman of the Board Mehmet Hekimoğlu and his brother H.İbrahim Hekimoğlu under the name of Hekimoğlu Un. Hekimoğlu Un, which started production with a capacity of 200 tons, took its deserved place in the flour market in Turkey in a short time, with the slogan of “Flour Without Complaints”. Hekimoğlu Un, which has gained a place in the Turkish luxury flour market with its standard quality, has reached a daily wheat processing capacity of 1000 tons with capacity increases over time. All units of the factory are in the automation system of German Miag and Buhler brands of machinery, equipment and technology, the giants of the milling industry.
