Demirçiftliği Olive and Olive Oil
Demirçiftliği is a shop selling olives and their products, which are famous in the Akhisar district of Manisa. Large and medium-sized olives are classified according to their size, and the small ones are divided into olives for oil. Since it is obtained from olives of table olive quality, Akhisar's olive oils are of low acidity and high quality.
