İzorya Olive Oil

Mut region; It offers an excellent climate for olive cultivation. Its climate is dry and windy in all four seasons (northern north - popularly known as bitter north-west); hinders the growth of olive pests. (The olive fly cannot complete its life cycle, and fungal diseases are not seen due to the moisture-free environment).

The carefully selected olives, which are traditionally harvested by hand without spraying, are transformed into olive oil in our factory under the brand name of İZORYA, Mut's name in ancient times.

Izorya, which we produce with the motto of the elixir of the health; greenish golden yellow color with a fresh scent; It manifests itself with a flavor that starts with a light fruity taste on your tongue and ends with a light almond-like aroma.

With these features, it adds insatiable flavors to grilled fish, fresh salads and red meat.
