Taking its brand name from Met (Honey Wine), the first alcoholic beverage produced in history, MMG Winery Ltd. Şti, "Night Harvest" grapes such as Bornova Misket, Mourvèdre, Cabarnet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Viognier, Kara Misket, which it produces on 50 decares of land in Kalkerli and Kepir Kayalık. Approximately 20.000-Bottles/75Cl per year with traditional methods such as gravity transfer, manual pressing, without sacrificing quality standards. In addition to the tasting hall, there is also a 200-person Bistro-Style for dinner organizations and special invitations, and the ŞatoInn Restaurant with a seating arrangement of 70 people at the MMG Facilities.
