Our establishment, which entered the sector with the Yusuf Usta brand in Gaziantep in 1985, has adopted the principle of presenting the distinguished tastes of the sweet palate to our people with the unique interpretation of the Ottoman Cuisine. Yusuf Usta crowned his 30 years of skill in the dessert kitchen with the Ottoman Künefe brand in 2014. Ottoman Künefe, with its branches spread throughout Turkey, brings our people together with these local flavors bearing traces of our history.
