Tatsan Halva Store
The story of Tatsan Halva started when Salih Usta immigrated to Turkey from Macedonia. Salih Usta, a famous dessert and halva master in the vicinity of Skopje, settled in Kırklareli and took the surname Kadaifçi because of his profession. Over the years, Salih Usta has produced the most delicious halva, pastries and desserts of Kırklareli and Thrace, and thus has a well-deserved reputation. In 1974, halva and confectionery production was started under the name Tatsan. After Salih Kadaifçi's death, İsmet, Rasim and Tahsin brothers continued production with the same enthusiasm.
