Kandilli Borsa Restaurant, which has been serving at Sakıp Sabancı Education and Culture Center - Adile Sultan Palace since 2006, offers Borsa's menu consisting of Turkish and Ottoman Cuisine against the magnificent Bosphorus view of the palace. Kandilli Borsa restaurant synthesizes the Borsa identity in a different way in its palace location. The venue, where Borsa shares all its experience with its team specialized in its field, aims to present the culinary art extending from the period of Adile Sultan to the present day to its guests with a contemporary presentation. The menu of the restaurant, which offers the most distinguished dishes synthesized from Ottoman Palace and Turkish Cuisine and local Anatolian Cuisine, was created by conducting research on that period. Providing service with a seating capacity of 120 people, a bar & lounge section and a "Garden of Eden" with a magnificent sea view in summer, the restaurant is one of the most exclusive places on the Bosphorus with its menu and concept befitting the magnificence of the palace. It is possible to see traces of this synthesis in the decoration, with accessories and textures produced by interpreting the architectural elements of the palace. In Adile Sultan Palace, which is entirely operated by Borsa, Kandilli Borsa Restaurant also offers catering services with its wide menu options ranging from Classical Turkish Cuisine to international cuisines for events such as weddings and meetings. In this sense, Adile Sultan Palace hosts magnificent organizations with its oval hall with gold leaf carvings and high ceilings for 500 people, various meeting rooms with Bosphorus views and lush gardens consisting of two levels that can accommodate up to 1500 guests.
