Roasted Lamb in Oak Wood is an irresistible taste. The taste of Lamb Meat meets oak wood in a tandoor special to Çorum. Lamb meat marinated only with Salt is rested for about 1 week and then cooked on low heat in our tandoor, which is roasted with oak wood. It is served with a pita made with a special dough for the Çorum region.
