Çalgan is a place in Alacaatlı, Ankara, where a quarter-century-old tradition continues. From the moment we set foot in this hidden village, we meet with you to forget all the gray tones of the city, immersed in a blend of green and blue.Some come to Çalgan to spend the weekend under a cherry tree, some to gather at tables accompanied by birdsong, and some simply to check in on each other… We don't know how many children have run through our gardens over the years, how many generations we've hosted, or how much loyalty we've earned, but the moments we share together never change. For us, food is a pleasure, a labor of love, a labor of patience... For us, every delicacy that comes from the kitchen to the table should be accompanied by a magical atmosphere awaiting it, accompanying the conversations. Nature should bear witness to the moments we come together; it should give people a breath of peace, not only with its cuisine, but with its stones, its soil, its air, its water...
