The basis of Meat Atölyesi is 30 years of knowledge, experience and experience. Our company has been continuing its commercial activities in Samsun with the brand "Etaş" since the 70s.

Today, we are proud to bring together the wonderful tastes of our restaurant manager Doğan ÜYÜK and our Kitchen Chef Ahmet Tosun, who walks with us on this path with 30 years of experience, to the people of Samsun.

We deliver the most delicious meats to our guests in our place where we have all the controls, from the production process of the meat to its presentation to our guests.

In our rich menu, we include meat and cheese varieties in our mixed breakfast. We have a starter menu with grilled sausage, stuffed halloumi with pastrami, stuffed steak with vegetables and stuffed mushrooms, which are not very common in Samsun. We show our difference with our meat and chicken salads.
