Since the day it was founded, Hacıbenlioğlu Kebap has made a name for itself with its success in tahini halva and kebab. With the advancement of technology and the emergence of meat grinders, the menu has been enriched by adding shish meatballs and pita varieties to the menu. The most preferred product of the restaurant is kebab and tahini halva. Grape compote is generally preferred alongside kebab and it is seen that kebab and compote are compatible. In addition, Kabune pilaf, which is the wedding pilaf of Isparta, is also very successful. This century-old restaurant, where centuries-old dishes are served, is also one of the oldest restaurants in Turkey.
