Koska Köftecisi is a place located in Molla Hüsrev Neighborhood in Fatih district of Istanbul, especially known for its meatballs and piyaz. Although the place has a shabby appearance, it is stated to be quite assertive in terms of flavor. Owned by the father of famous artist Hakan Altun, this meatball restaurant has been serving the same quality for years.
