Bahattin Karasu is the founder of businesses that have the capacity and equipment to serve 4000 people at the same time, has become a brand with the name of Lezzetçi in three different places in Sivas. He started his career in the kitchen of the business at a young age. It opened its first restaurant in 1988 and then another one in 1992 and served for more than 20 years.
