Midyeci Yasin Bahçelievler
Midyeci Yasin started his family business, stuffed mussels, when he was still in primary school in the 90s, when he moved to Istanbul from Mardin with his family in 1985. Yasin, who started his career by selling the stuffed mussels made by his mother on the mobile counter in his spare time from school, is now preparing to open up to the whole of Turkey and the world very soon, on the way to becoming a brand.
