It has been operating across the western gate of Ulucami since 1965.
During the Ottoman Empire, the court was used as a madrasa, the front of the shop was used as a kadi, and the back was used as a classroom.
It was built by Yıldırım Beyazıt in 1399-1400, together with the Ulucami.
It was restored after the great fire of Bursa in 1958.
The building was leased from the General Directorate of Foundations.
This beautiful, historical restaurant is also decorated with a valuable work of the famous calligrapher Hüseyin Kutlu, who wrote the calligraphy of the Tokyo Mosque, the tile of the world-famous tile master Faik Kırmızılı, and the rose marbling of Fuat Başar.
The 150-year-old clock in the shop will show you the time.
