We aimed to give our valuable guests a taste of the freshest vegetables of these fertile plains and the thyme-scented meat of the green Tokat highlands. We considered it a pleasant duty to serve our bakery keskek, our western with walnuts, our famous Tokat kebab, in short, the unforgettable memories of our rich Tokat cuisine, as your mother cooked in the neighborhood bakery and put on your table. We wanted to find a condiment from our cultural capital, Istanbul, and we brought the world-famous Sultanahmet meatball to Pirhan. We aimed to provide you with perfect services with our excitement as well as our freshest, always fresh products in the cool freshness of the day, which is reborn at every dawn from Mount Gijgij.
