Şans Restaurant was established in 1992 in a villa in a two-storey garden in Levent, the business and residential center of Istanbul. Since its establishment, Şans has been offering the seasonal flavors of Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine to its guests with a contemporary presentation and a service approach based on one hundred percent customer satisfaction.
