It is west in Tomarza and north-south in Yahyalı Büyükçakır. After passing, it draws the Kayseri-Adana border and flows towards Mengez and leaves the borders of Kayseri at the foot of the Karanti mountain; 80 km from Adana. away from the town of Aladağ, at the foot of Akinek Mountain, it merges with the Göksu River to form the Seyhan River.
