Karum Business and Shopping Center
Karum Business and Shopping Center was designed in 1986 by the Koray - Kavala investor group together with the Sheraton Hotels & Towers Project, and was put into service in October 1991 with the slogan "A new center in Ankara", after a five-year construction phase. The construction area of the business center is 62.000m². 12.000 m² of this is car park, 23,000 m² of common area and 27,000 m² of usable area. The building consists of 9 floors, three of which are bazaar floors (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor), 4 office floors, and the other two are installation and parking floors, and there are four main doors and parking connections. In the middle is an elliptical atrium.
