Özdemir Boru was established in the early 1980s and has been developing its mission in the market with an increasing momentum by serving in the production of steel pipes and profiles for more than 35 years. In addition to the domestic markets it serves, it exports to the elite markets of many countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, England, Spain, Greece, Germany, Ireland, etc., European Countries, Iraq, Dubai and African countries in North America and the Middle East. The first factory of Özdemir Boru, which has an annual production capacity of 345 thousand tons, is Kdz. It has a production facility of 66 thousand square meters in total, 20 thousand square meters of which is closed and 46 thousand square meters is open, in Ereğli Bölücek Village. The second factory is Kdz. It is established on an area of 75 thousand square meters in Ereğli Organized Industrial Zone and started its activities in 2008. Özdemir Park AVM, meeting with its visitors on the busiest street of Ereğli in the second quarter of 2016, is Kdz. It has brought a brand new breath to Ereğli. Providing service on 4 floors with more than 50 stores, Özdemir Park AVM is the newest and most modern shopping center of Ereğli with its cinema, entertainment & hobby privileges, children's playground, strong international and national brands and special services it offers to its visitors.
