Abısta

Abısta was brought to Eskişehir cuisine by Circassians. Absta, which serves as a bread that is consumed as additives in addition to meals, is prepared using Circassian or Abaza cheese. Absta, which has a special place among the local flavors of Eskişehir, is both a healthy and a very light product. In the past, women used to gather together in Eskişehir to make abyssinia and consume it as bread. This flavor, which is not very common in restaurants nowadays, is one of the most important products that makes the table rich on special occasions, guests and invitations. Absta, whose name is not very known except for Eskişehir, is a flavor that does not force the person to prepare and serve it. For this reason, it is often not missing in the villages of Eskişehir and on the tables of the locals. Those who want to eat Abısta food may need to visit the houses in the area. Because this dish is not very common in restaurants and similar areas.
