The bitter gourmet, whose name is not heard much among the local delicacies of Eskişehir, was discovered and heard by the traveler gourmets. It is actually a vegetable dish, which is made by collecting and cooking a herb called bitter gıcı, which is similar to stinging nettle among the people. Bitter Gıcı is a delicacy made and served at home by the local people of the region. Everyone can accept this dish, which is described as quite healing, as a different taste at first.
