Materials

3 kilos of flour

1 liter milk

1 liter of water

2 tablespoons of salt

1 pack of fresh yeast

Stuffing:

1 glass of flour

1 level tablespoon of salt

1 teacup of oil

You can also use cheese if you wish.

First, we roast the stuffing ingredients in a pan until a roasted smell emerges and set them aside.

Then mix the flour, salt, yeast and 1 liter of milk and knead by slowly adding 1 liter of water. It will be a dough that does not stick to the hand and has the consistency of ear softness.

Immediately remove it as orange-sized pieces. There will be two diapers for each linen. Share accordingly. Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for five minutes.

Then roll out each piece of dough with flour. Brush oil between two sheets of dough, place them on top of each other, and thin them by pulling them with your hands. (It is more comfortable with 2 people).

Then again, apply oil to the upper part with a brush, fold it into a bundle and spread the stuffing.

Bring the 4 sides together again, make a square and close. Turn it upside down, punch it and flatten it.

Brush the tray with egg and poke holes in a few places with a fork. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
