Akcaabat Meatballs
Akçaabat Meatballs (Akçaabat Köftesi) are one of the most famous culinary specialties of Trabzon and a symbol of the region’s rich Black Sea cuisine. Originating from the Akçaabat district, this traditional dish is known for its distinctive flavor and unique preparation method.
