Alaşehir Kapama

After the dough is kneaded, it is thinly rolled out. It is divided into small squares. The prepared dough is kept in olive oil for a while and rested. The ingredients prepared by mixing minced meat, onion, black pepper, salt, parsley and cumin in a separate bowl are placed in the form of a bundle on the dough. The rolled cover is fried in a pan, boiling broth is poured on it during service.
