1 kg boneless cubed meat (mutton)

2 medium-sized quinces

2 tablespoons margarine

How To Make Roasted Quince

Put the unwashed meat into the roasting pan and cook until the water is absorbed. Cut the quinces into large cubes without peeling them and put them into the meat, add salt and roast them by stirring frequently. If the meat is lean, 2 tablespoons of oil can be added.  Serve on thin bread.
