Baked Sheep

It is a bazaar food, cooked at night in the kelleçi ovens and bought especially in the morning. It can be prepared at home as follows: After the glands under the throat and ears of the lamb are cleaned, the throat, nostrils, the inside of the mouth and the tongue are thoroughly seared with a hot skewer. The jaw ties are cut and the jaw is separated well. After washing, it is cooked in a pot with water and salt. It is served by roasting in the oven. Ingredients 1 Lamb Head Salt
