Banduma
Banduma food is sometimes called "banduma" and in other places it is called "Islama". This local flavor made using chicken or turkey meat is both a light and satisfying meal. It is more delicious when made with village dough. The cooking phase of the dish, which is made with walnuts grown in Kastamonu, is a bit of a challenge.
