Banged Pilaf
First stage:
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 capia pepper
2 spoonful butter
3 tablespoons of oil
1 full tablespoon of tomato paste
500 g green beans
2.5 cups of water
Salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon of thyme
1.5 teaspoons cumin
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of sumac
Second stage:
3 cups bulgur
2 glasses of water
Chop the onion and fry it in oil. Peppers cut into thin strips are added and roasted. Add tomato paste and fry. Add the beans chopped into strips, spices and fry thoroughly. Enough water is added. It is cooked in a pressure cooker. Add bulgur to the cooked beans and mix. The pressure cooker is closed and the bulgur is cooked. Cooked bulgur is steeped for 20 minutes without opening the lid.
