Bartın White Baklava

All the necessary ingredients for the dough are mixed and kneaded. The pezis, which are 45-46 pieces, are opened one by one. The opened dough is placed on the tray one by one. Melted margarine and walnuts are poured between each layer. Baklava, which is placed in an unheated drum oven, is cooked for 10-15 minutes until it rises. The oven door is opened and adobe is placed under the tray. Baklava is cooked in 3 hours by turning the tray from time to time.
