Batırık
Batirik is a rich vitamin and nutritious meal that belongs to the Karaman province in general, especially the Ermenek region, and is offered by the host in the afternoons. The main ingredient of the dish is dürcük (very thin bulgur) walnuts, tomato paste, pepper paste, onion, finely chopped pepper and parsley, roasted tahini and spices.
