Batma Kaymak
Batma Kaymak is one of the flavors usually served in the spring season in Gaziantep cuisine. The cream obtained from the milk of cows giving birth in the spring has a different taste and consistency.
It is served by drizzling cream, honey or sugar on the lavash.
