Bayram Kömbesi
Traditional donuts, known as "Bayram Kömbesi", are also made daily, as they are made to be served during Ramadan Feasts. Made using ingredients such as flour, milk, yeast, sugar, kömbe spices, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, and black cumin, sesame is added on top of the feast and baked in the oven.
