Besni Tava

The meat is cut into cubes and fried in oil, the aubergines are cut into dice on a large tray, then the peppers are chopped. The skins of the tomatoes are peeled and chopped, half of these chopped materials are taken into a bowl. Roasted cubes are added on top of the remaining material on the tray. On top of the cubed, other separated chopped ingredients are added and the garlic is grated on it. Spices, oil, salt and water are added to the oven. It is recommended to be eaten with lavash bread.
