Beyran Soup
Beyran Soup is one of the heavy appetizers of Gaziantep culture. The fact that this soup is a rich source of nutrients adds a special importance to the soup. The soup is made with broth and contains rice, meat, garlic, lots of bitterness and tallow. The soup, which is the breakfast of the people living in Antep, is served in the restaurants in the bazaar early in the day.
