Black Cabbage Wrapping
Black cabbage wrapping is a dish made by putting bulgur or rice, and other stuffing depending on the region, into the black cabbage leaf. It is made in the form of a wrap with minced meat also.
The ingredients are mixed. It is then wrapped with boiled black cabbage leaves. Then it is cooked on low heat.
