Bread Kadayif
In a pot of sufficient size, water, sugar and flower water are added. It is made into syrup. Bread dough has two layers. The floors are wetted with the prepared syrup. Then, curd, almond or walnut kernels and some sugar are placed on the place where sherbet is poured. After all these ingredients are placed, the separate layer of the bread is covered on it. Then, the syrup, which is heated over low heat, is poured slowly over the kadayif with a spoon. Pouring is carried out until the kadayif syrup is absorbed. Afterwards, the cooling process is carried out in the refrigerator.
