Burdur Cheese and Meat Pita
The bread dough is turned into a pita, and grated fresh cheese and parsley or minced meat are placed in the middle, and the pita is covered longitudinally, on both sides, on top of the cheese. It is given to the oven in the form of thin long bread. After it is cooked, it is cut and placed on the tray and the butter is left to melt raw with a wooden spoon. It is served hot with syrup or ayran.
