Bursa Iskender Kebap
In Bursa, where kebab shops are common, the lamb is cooked with charcoal as a whole and parallel to the ground. The meat is cut thinly and thinly, the pita, called kebab pita, is cut into small pieces and then fried in the oven, the cut meat is placed between the pitas.
