Lamb tandoori or Akşehir tandoori kebab is a tandoori kebab in Turkish cuisine. It belongs to the Akşehir region. It is prepared with lamb, onion, tomato, potato and pepper. Pieces of lamb (sometimes a whole lamb) cooked in an oven called tandoor, which requires a special cooking method for hours. It is served with bread and raw onions.
