Phyllo bread
cubed cheese or roasted minced meat (both can be mixed)
How to Make Thin Bread Amulet
Fold the phyllo bread in half. Fold the semicircular half phyllo bread in half from the round part to the fold line, grease the top with butter if desired. Sprinkle cubed cheese or tulum cheese on it (it can also be made with roasted minced meat). Fold the end edge inwards as a muska. Tuck the exposed small end into one of the folds of the muska. Cook in a skillet or on a sheet pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with a drink.
