Çatal Soup

First, when the lentils start to soften, they are boiled by adding splitting. In a saucepan, fry the oil, onion, minced meat. It is added to the lentils and split, and the water is added and boiled for 5 minutes, then removed from the stove. It is sprinkled with mint and chili peppers fried in butter. Service is done.
