Çebiç

Çebiç is one of the most magnificent dishes of Konya banquet tables. If cebiç is to be made in a house, we go to that house in the morning, and the liver of the lamb is grilled and served for breakfast. Lamb cooked in a tandoori is served on top of bulgur pilaf for lunch.
