Cemele Pepper
Cemele Pepper, a kind of bell pepper, is grown in Çayağzı (Cemele) Village of Kırşehir. Thin-skinned, spicy and dark color makes Cemele Pepper different from other peppers. When the seeds are grown outside the Cemele region, they do not grow with the same taste and characteristics. This pepper is strung on strings and dried in summer, and the color of the dried pepper turns red.
