Çerkez Ravioli
Mix the egg, water and salt, add the flour little by little and knead the dough until you get a smooth and hard dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Boil the potatoes, add salt and pepper, mash them well and mix. Make 2 meringues from the dough. Roll out the meringues into phyllo size with a rolling pin. Cut 2 cm wide strips, prepare 2 cm square manti dough from the cut strips. Put the potato stuffing we prepared into the doughs you cut and fold them in the shape of a muska. Boil the dumplings for 15 minutes and serve by adding crushed red pepper flakes burned in butter.
