Cheese Halva

Semolina, water and granulated sugar are put in a Teflon pan and mixed with a spoon until the water is absorbed. After the water has been absorbed well, we add the oil slowly and continue cooking until it does not stick to the spoon. After it sticks to the spoon, our halva is ready.

Make a hole in the middle of the halva, add the grated cheese and stir over low heat until the cheese melts. Then take it to the serving plate and decorate with the help of a spoon or fork. It is very practical, very tasty, very famous in Adıyaman region, known as Cennet Suvağı.
